I would rather have a Spaarplant keycard, is that possible?
Yes, of course! In our store you can get a physical savings card and register immediately.
Do I have to pay to participate in Spaarplant?
No, the membership is free!
How can I save points?
You will receive points for all your purchases in the store if you show your digital (or physical) savings card at the cash register. If you place an order in the webshop with the e-mail address that is linked to your savings card, you will automatically receive points for your online purchases.
Do I receive points for all my purchases?
You will receive points for all purchases, except for gift cards.
Will my points expire if I don't use them?
Points that you save in a calendar year remain valid until 1 July of the following calendar year. We'll send you a reminder when your points are about to expire.
What happens to the points if I return the item?
If you return an item, the saved points will be deducted from your point balance.
If you have redeemed points when 'purchasing' a product or multiple products the points used will be forfeited in full.
Can I change my email address?
No, that's no possible (yet). Send an email with the desired change to service@budgetplant.nl and we will ensure that the change is implemented. Please note that we can only change your email address for Budgetplant. We cannot change this for other Piggy saving programs.
Can I combine several Piggy savings cards under one account?
Yes, we can do this for you. Send an email to service@budgetplant.nl with your request and the relevant email addresses.
Help! I have lost my savings card
Points are always linked to the email address, which is then linked to the loyalty card. Meaning your points are never lost.
1. Scan a new card and enter te email address of the lost card
2. You wll then receive an email to activate the new card
3. The new card and points will be added to your account. Please keep in mind that the points can only be redeemde if you activate your new card.
Can we collect points togther by using multiple cards?
Yes, that's possible! The points have been collected are always sent to the email address linked to the Piggy card.
Therefore customers can link multiple savings cards to the same email address - which lets them collect points are automatically on all cards.
you can also do the same thing using the Piggy app on phones. When customers download the app they need to login with the email address linked to the Piggy card. Then all points collected will go to the same account.
I am in store and have forgotten my savings card, what now?
No problem at all! You can enter you email address at the register in store. The points will then be automatically allocated to yor account.
Note: Do you want to redeem points? This is also possible without the App at the register by entering your registered email address.
Can I save without an email address?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Your email address is used to register your account. Throught this way we also keep you update on your balance, we give you personal discounts, news and garden inspiration. There are multiple reliable providers through which you can create a free email address like Gmail and Outlook.
Do I need Internet to access my digital savings card?
No, your digital savings card is stored in the App which you can open without Internet. You do need Internet to check your rewards and balance. You can use our free wifi network instore.
How long does it take for my points balance to update after I purchase?
With online purchases, the points balance is immediately updated. For in-store purchases, it can take up to 24 hours to see the new points balance.
Where can I check my points balance?
You can see your points balance - and the rewards - in the Piggy App. You don't have the Piggy App? You can then log in via https://customer.piggy.eu to see your personal information.
How do I receive information about current and personal offers?
We will send you your personal offers and current promotions by email. We use the e-mail address that is linked to your savings card for this. Did you unsubscribe? Re-subscribe here, so we can keep you informed about all Spaarplant offers!
How can I cash in my points?
When you open the App, you can see at My rewards what you can cash in.
You can click on the product or discount that you want to use and you can confirm your cash in.
Then you will receive a QR-code on your phone and in your e-mail. You can scan your QR-code at the register or fill out the digital code online in your cart.
How do I stop saving via Spaarplant?
Let us know by email (service@budgetplant.nl) that you no longer want to save with us. We will then delete your data within Spaarplant.
Note: do you not only want to stop saving but want to terminate your entire Piggy account? You can do this via the Piggy app or via the Piggy website.
What happens to my points if I stop saving?
You must use your points before unsubscribing. As soon as we have deleted your data within Spaarplant, all points are also deleted.
How can I unsubscribe from your emails?
We distinguish 2 types of mail:
- Spaarplant mail: These are emails with your personal offers, information on your balance and exclusive promotions for Spaarplant members.
- Budgetplant News: On avarage we will email you once in two weeks to inform you on garden inspiration, handy to-do-lists for your garden in that month and tips for your garden. We try to personalize these emails as much as possible
You can unsubscribe from both emails by clicking the 'Unsubscribe button' at the bottom of the email.
Important: Do you want to unsubscribe from the Spaarplant mail? Then we can no longer keep you informed about your personal offers and balance.
